Lytham Residents’ Parking Scheme
Westby Street – Zone A
ParkWise is now responsible for issuing residents' permits in Lytham’s Westby Street (Zone A) area which was formerly the responsibility of Lancashire County Council's Lytham based information centre.
Local residents and businesses who fall under the scheme will now have to apply for a permit through ParkWise. You can send your application by post, along with the relevant supporting evidence, to: ParkWise, Lancashire County Council, Permits Section, PO Box 1025, Preston, PR1 3ZB. Should you need assistance with your application or require further information you can call: 0800 195 2774 (please hold the line until the end of the message and speak to an advisor). You will need to supply a valid form of identification and confirmation of your address with your application.
