How to make a request
Request for information about penalty charge notices you may have been issued with, or other specific matters, please contact ParkWise.
Requests for general or background information relating to Parkwise, penalty charge notices, policies and other subjects should be directed via Lancashire County Council ‘s Freedom of Information Officer. The Freedom of Information Act says that requests must;
- be in writing (this includes emails)
- state clearly what information is required
- state the name of the applicant, and an address for correspondence
No proof of identity is required. To contact someone about making a request email freedomofinformation@lancashire.gov.uk
